Poornima was also a part of our lineup for last year's conference where she spoke about diversity, and especially about the strategic importance and challenges of diversity in business today.
She did so well that she will be moderating the session "Diversity and Inclusion as part of Global HR" for our conference in May 2020. She will leverage her in-depth knowledge on the topic, to drive an extremely insightful panel debate with our panelists.
